I have always been fascinated with the term “orchestration.” Being a cello player who has participated in many different orchestras, I immediately saw the correlation between an orchestra and the world of business. Every good orchestra has an even better conductor; someone who can draw on the strengths of different players (or nodes) to come together creating a beautiful symphony of talent.
